Program Name - name the program (this will be used internally and externally to reference this proposal type)
Overall Program Name - this allows you to have an 'internal-only' name for the proposal
Donor Portal Page - this is where the proposal will be placed and the link that all deeper pages will be displayed on (i.e. confirmations, applications, etc).
Nature of Program - this is what drives the proposal and is what you set when you created the proposal
Individual Dollar/Hour Contributions, Journaling, Event Sign-up - used for (individual) matching gifts, disaster relief, PAC, log hours, event signups, and journaling. (this will create an eg_request or an eg_request_detail and an eg_request record p/transaction)
Payroll Deduction - this is used for payroll, whether recurring or one-time (this will create an eg_deduction_summary record p/transaction)
Team Dollar/Hour Contributions, Team Event Sign-up - this is used for team programs (matching gifts, disaster relief, PAC, log hours, event signups, and journaling)
Volunteerism Event/Opportunity Creation - this is used for event creation programs (this will create an eg_event record p/transaction)
Transaction Unit - this is also selected upon creating your proposal
Dollar - used for any monetary capturing (matching gifts, PAC, disaster relief, CC, payroll)
Event - uses for event creation
Hour - used for any hour capturing (log hours, journaling)
Event Sign-up - used for event signups
Program Administrator - this is the user who will be the default request owner if none is defined
Program Support User - this is the user who will be emailed if a support request is submitted by a donor
Match Configuration - this instructs the system if there is a match and what drives the match (the match is further setup using donor rules)
Active - probably the most important aspect, whether the program is on or off
Start Date (MM/DD/YYYY) - when the proposal is available or becomes active
End Date (MM/DD/YYYY) - when the proposal is no longer available or inactive
Does this Program include a Donor Module Component? - whether or not a donor can submit a transaction (this would be deselected if this was only used internally and/or was only for NPO's)
Allow the Donor to Save Application and Return Later? - allows a donor to save a non-submitted application
