Overview
The external CyberGrants interfaces—Apply Online for grant applicants and Employee Engagement for donors—can be configured to support multiple languages. Translations include standard system text (for example, “Save” and “Email Address”) in supported languages. All standard product text within Employee and Nonprofit portal pages includes multi-language support.
To request additional language support or make changes, please get in touch with Support.
Two Types of Languages:
Both language types are fully supported, meaning CyberGrants will update translations as new content is added or existing content is revised. These languages are not available within the internal (admin) interface.
- Typically aligns with the top 15 most widely spoken languages based on total population
- Available across external interfaces for both Grants and Employee Engagement
|
- If you only require one type of translation (for example, grants or Employee Engagement), CyberGrants will still request translations for both.

Product Considerations
- Newly released CyberGrants features that include new text may initially be available in English only while translations are completed and validated
- Updates to supported languages, including new languages and additional translated content, are typically delivered following major releases as needed
- If a feature update may impact your existing configuration (for example, introducing English text into previously translated experiences), this will be identified and communicated in advance
- Supported languages may be reviewed periodically and, in some cases, retired if there is limited customer usage
Customer involvement
- Supporting a new language (standard or custom) requires your participation in reviewing and approving translated content
- In some cases, collaboration may be needed to finalize translations and ensure consistency
- Timely feedback during the review process is important, as it directly impacts the overall timeline for language availability
