If you would like to have the Manually Verified organizations eligible to submit for this proposal type, you will need to have Manually Verified checked off in the proposal type.
To complete this update, you'll need to do the following:
Click on EXTERNAL SETTINGS > APPLICATION SECURITY - Under APPLICATION FILTERING, click on VIEW/EDIT link next to NONPROFIT status
Within the pop up screen, check off 2 boxes to the left of MANUALLY VERIFIED >click on SAVE at the bottom of the page > click on DONE to return to the proposal type page
Publish the updates by clicking on the PUBLISH button at the top of the proposal type page
