On Sandbox, in the Admin Tab, select "Event" in Approval Setup within Workflow Management
To modify an existing rule click on the the name or to create a new click on the "+New Approval Rule" button:
Select the Auto-Disposition "Open" from the drop-down menu and add the appropriate criteria. Save and then Publish to production.
