Search by Employee Email Address

In cases where employees do not know their Employee ID, using their work or personal email address can be more efficient than searching by first and last name.

To search for an employee by email address:

1. Under the Admin tab, click the Keyword field.
2. In the Name/Identifier/Email field, enter the employee’s email.
3. Click the Search button. Results for the specified criteria is displayed.
