Tracking Tax Notes in the Nomination Log happens completely automatically with no additional work from you. Any time you make changes to this field's contents we will capture the changes in the immutable audit log. You may view this by clicking on the "View Nomination Log" option in the Nomination toolbox to access the log.
You will be able to review changes to this field - including pertinent information about the updates – to identify who made changes and when they were made. This makes the Nomination record behave similarly to the way in which changes are captured within Organization records, which means you’ll be able to more easily review without help from CyberGrants.
