The Report Libray contains a list of all Standard, Ad Hoc, and Custom Reports. A user will only see Ad Hoc Reports that they created or were shared with them by another user.
Report Library is sectioned into groups by Report Topic Categories. Category names can be different than those listed below. Admin users can edit the standard category names in the Administrative Features portlet.
The Report Library is sectioned into these categories by report type, which includes:
- Administration Reports – Application processing statistics reports
- Budget – Budget cash flow and grant payment reports
- Configuration Reports - Program configuration and user permissions reports
- Employee Giving – Employee giving activity reports
- Employee Giving Payout Processing – employee and organization verification and pre-processing
- Payment – Grant – Grant payment type and payment details reports
- Request – Grant request and approval-related reports
- Uncategorized – Reports not assigned a report category
