- Merge fields cannot be incorporated into alert messages.

- Program Constants must be defined according to Bonterra's methodology to ensure proper functionality.
- Only one modification to alert criteria or configurations is permitted per calendar year.
- Changes or modifications outside the extension’s scope may require additional development resources or incur additional costs.
