Limitations and Considerations:
- Annual Modification Limit - You are permitted to make only one change per calendar year.

- Custom Table Exclusions - Data stored only in custom tables will not be included in the extract.
- Hard Delete Handling - Delta extracts will not contain records that have been hard-deleted in CyberGrants.
- Standard Field Requirements - All standard CyberGrants columns must be included in the extract; none can be excluded.
- Testing Requirements - Full end-to-end testing with CyberGrants is required before production implementation.
