Client Admins can customize proposal visibility for the Company Portals console in FrontDoor through the Nonprofit Hub. Excluding a proposal type from the Bonterra Nonprofit Hub prevents it from appearing in a nonprofit's Company Portal console within FrontDoor. The Company Portals console exclusion is specific to Employee Engagement proposal types.

To exclude an Employee Engagement proposal type from the Company Portals console:
- Navigate to the Admin tab and view the Application Configuration section.
- Click the View Proposal Types hyperlink. Your proposal types will display.
- Select the appropriate proposal type in the Employee Giving Proposal Types column.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Program Configuration form.
- Click the External Settings tab.
- View the Exclude from Nonprofit Hub Company Portals setting.
- Select the checkbox to exclude the proposal type from the Company Portals console.
- Unselect the checkbox to include the proposal type from the Company Portals console
