Each user type has a distinct set of permissions that determines their level of access and functionality within the platform. Favorite Dashboards or Reports

Ability to "favorite" any dashboard or report within the Group or Personal folder, to be displayed on the Overview page

Set Default Insight
|
Ability to identify one dashboard or report as a "default", which will automatically load this selection when accessing Insights
|

|
Refresh Data
|
Ability to clear cache and refresh dashboards, dashboard tiles, and reports
|

|
|
Download Data
|
Download data in varying formats, with results limited to 5,000 rows of data
|
|
|
|
Explore Data
|
Access to the 'Analyze' section, which provides the ability to use Explores (queries) to generate reports
|
|
|
|
Drill into Dashboards or Reports
|
Drill into the data within a dashboard tile or a report (including the ability to jump to CyberGrants records) and have the ability to explore the data within the results

|
Create and Save Content
|
Create, save, and edit dashboards and reports
|
|
|
|
Copy Content
|
Copy a dashboard or report to a Personal or Group folder
|
|
|
|
Create Custom Fields
|
Create and edit ad hoc custom dimensions, measures, groups, or bins
|
|
|
|
Create Table Calculations
|
View, edit, or create table calculations to build ad hoc metrics
