Components and Workflow
- Volunteerism Portlet - The central hub where donors log hours and access their D4D eligibility.
- Grant Submission Link - Appears conditionally based on donor eligibility.
- Country-Specific Grant Routing -
- U.S. donors → U.S. D4D Grant
- Canadian donors → Canada D4D Grant
- Other countries → International D4D Grant
- Grant Application -
- Auto-populates relevant fields (e.g., local match amount, currency, organization).
- Displays read-only data like “Available Hours to Redeem.”
- Requires donors to input “Hours to Redeem” within valid parameters.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Program Balance must be greater than $0.
- The donor must meet or exceed the Minimum Hours threshold.
- The hour Limit must not have been reached.
- Requested Hours to Redeem must be:
- Equal to or greater than the Minimum Hours
- Less than or equal to Available Log Hours

- The extension provides a templated portlet that integrates with existing volunteer hour tracking and grant submission workflows.

- It is assumed that once the BRD is approved, no significant changes will be introduced. If changes are required, they may impact project timelines and cost estimates.
