Bonterra’s CyberGrants Disbursement Solution (CGDS) Configuration non-SDK (Software Development Kit) Extension is a standardized, value-added solution designed to support a seamless transition to the CyberGrants Disbursement Solution (CGDS)
Designed for existing customers who are moving from legacy payment systems, this extension provides all the necessary configuration updates, integrations, and support required to optimize the disbursement workflow. Unlike one-time implementation packages, this version of the CGDS Configuration Extension includes ongoing maintenance, allowing for one scope-aligned change per year. This enables customers to adapt to evolving program needs while preserving consistency across their philanthropic initiatives.

- During initial onboarding, the extension includes project management and consulting services delivered by Bonterra’s Disbursements Team to ensure a smooth implementation.

Limitations and considerations:
- The extension is intended for customers with existing CyberGrants environments; it is NOT intended for new implementations or SDK-based configurations.
- Only one change per calendar year is permitted under the included maintenance plan, and it must align with the scope of the extension.
- Additional updates beyond the annual change require separate purchases through Solution Credits or the one-time CGDS Configuration product.
- Proposal types being transitioned to CGDS must be removed from existing AP, Positive Pay, and ACH Feeds.
