How do I configure the Physician Registration Form for a proposal type?

Program administrators can complete the configuration of the Physician Registration Form directly in Bonterra Cybergrants to determine which Medical Affairs proposal types should require physician registration.  

• This feature is automatically turned on for customers with Medical Affairs programs. If you manage a Medical Affairs program and notice this feature isn’t yet available in your environment, please contact Support. Our team can quickly enable it for you. 

Follow these steps to configure the Physician Registration Form for eligible programs. 

Step 1: Access the Admin tab in the Sandbox environment 

Go to the CyberGrants Sandbox environment and enter the Admin tab. 

Step 2: View Proposal Types 

Under Application Configuration > Proposal Types, select View Proposal Types. 

Step 3: Select the proposal type 

Determine which proposal types should require physician registration (for example, expanded access or compassionate care programs).  

Select the Medical Affairs proposal type you are enabling the feature for. Each must be updated individually. 

Step 4: Set the Registration Type 

From the Registration Type dropdown, choose Organization or Physician as appropriate for the program. 

• This will ensure that applicants are prompted with the correct registration form when applying. 

Step 5: Save and publish 

Save and publish your changes.
