When a physician begins an application for a program that requires individual registration, they are automatically directed to the Physician Registration Form. The system detects the proposal type configuration and presents the correct form to the applicant. 

• If a program requires physician registration, the applicant will see fields specific to their individual credentials (for example, professional contact information or identifiers associated with their medical practice). 

• If a program is configured for organization registration, the applicant will instead see the standard organization registration form. 

The applicant does not need to choose between organization and physician registration. The system displays the correct form automatically based on the proposal type. 

Step 2: Completing the registration form 

The physician provides their personal and professional information, including credentials required for the Medical Affairs program. The specific fields displayed may vary depending on program configuration, but typically include identifying and contact information needed to verify their professional role. 

• Registration details are saved within the same database and workflows used for organization-based applicants.
• There are no functional differences in reporting or administrative review processes after submission. 

Step 3: Continuing with the program application 

Once registration is complete, the physician proceeds to the standard application workflow for the selected program. From this point forward, their experience mirrors that of any other applicant type. 

• The application process, forms, and submission requirements follow the logic configured for the program.
