Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add more than one Geographic Areas Served field to a proposal type?
No. Only one instance can be added per proposal type.
Do amounts need to total the Request Amount?
No. Amount entries are independent and do not need to add up to the Request Amount.
Can grantseekers enter partial address information?
Yes. Administrators choose which address fields are required.
Can I use this field in other modules, such as Impact Reports or Employee Giving?
No. It is currently supported only for Grant Requests.
Are international addresses supported?
Yes. Fields such as Province, Country, Amount (Local Currency), and Amount Currency Code support international entries.
Can administrators edit submitted entries?
Yes. Administrators can edit, add, or delete entries from the internal request record.
How does reporting handle multiple entries?
Each entry appears as its own row in Ad Hoc Reports and Insights.
Troubleshooting
The field does not appear in the proposal type.
