The CyberGrants Organization Management suite offers robust functionality for combining and consolidating organization records.
- This includes the ability to view the history of previous organization combinations, seamlessly combine two organizations, and leverage a bulk organization combination feature.
- When organizations are combined, all associated transactions, requests, gifts, events, and deductions are automatically transferred to the new organization, ensuring a smooth transition.
- However, it's important to note that original organization data, such as responses and file attachments, may not always transfer over, and can be recovered using the Organization Combination History tool.
- Administrators have full control over the combination process, with the ability to select which organizations to merge and review the results before finalizing the changes.
