Survey Records Overview

Surveys are a valuable tool for program administrators to gather feedback about their application process. Unlike impact reports, surveys offer the advantage of being accessible without the need for users to log in, making them a versatile option for a range of purposes beyond just receiving feedback, such as support ticket surveys, payee clean-up requests, void/reissue requests, volunteer opportunity suggestions, and event follow-up surveys.

CyberGrants offers administrators a dedicated Surveys tab, which empowers them to configure and manage various survey types. This feature enables administrators to review the responses of completed surveys, providing valuable insights and feedback.

The Survey Record is comprised of two frames:

  • Navigation Frame - The Navigation Frame contains information and tools to assist with managing survey information.
  • Information Frame - The Information Frame displays detailed information pertaining to the survey.

The Survey Summary Panel in the Navigation Frame lists the Survey ID number, Site Visitor Name, Survey Owner, and Survey Type. Below the Summary Panel is the Survey Navigation Panel, which contains the "Save All" link, the Survey Toolbox, and Export features.

  • The Survey Toolbox allows users to change the survey owner or survey type, and the Export features enable users to create Word (RTF) or PDF documents containing the sections displayed in the Information frame.

Review the articles below to deepen your comprehension of the Surveys tool for efficient survey management.
