Creating a Reports portal page helps you organize reporting content for your internal users. Perform this setup in Sandbox, then publish to production.

The following steps will guide you through the implementation process, from initial setup through publication.

Step 1: Open the portal page editor

Enter the Bonterra CyberGrants Sandbox environment and go to Admin > Portal Pages > Reports > View/Edit Portal Pages.

Then select New Portal Page.

Step 2: Define page identity and status

Enter a page name and (optionally) an alias/shortcut. Select Active; optionally set Default and Include this page in portal navigation.

Step 3: Set who can see the page (optional)

Limit visibility by security level, user group, user role, and/or user type as needed. If you don’t configure these, the page is broadly visible per your environment.

Step 4: Add page text (optional)

Enter Introduction Text (top of page) and Footer Text (bottom of page).

Step 5: Choose the layout

Select the number of containers (columns). If you use more than one, click Save to display additional columns. Move desired portlets from Unused Content into your columns and arrange their order.

Step 6: Set column widths

Use width values that sum to 99% across containers (100% can cause browser compatibility problems).

Step 7: Save and publish

Click Save. When you’re ready for production, publish from Sandbox so the page appears on the Reports tab in production.
