An Insights consultant will create an initial user account for the Insights platform, with the understanding that additional users can be set up using the self-service tool.
- The Insights consultant will designate the initial user who will serve as an administrator for the Insights platform.
- User permissions are identified by the Insights user’s access level – Analyst or Viewer. The initial user will be set up as an Analyst with full permission to access the standard Insights features.
