Currency and Time Account Localization Overview
As CyberGrants continues to expand globally, we are enhancing the platform to better support the diverse needs of programs operating across multiple currencies and time zones. Key features include the following:
- Preferred Date Localization automatically detects and displays each user's preferred date format.
- Multi-currency enhancements for Grant Programs enable administrators to set currency conversion rates and manage the approval and payment workflow in foreign currencies.
- Additionally, Donor Preferred Time Localization standardizes time formats to a 12-hour, 24-hour, or 24-hour alternate time display.
- Donor Preferred Currency Localization exposes the donor's preferred currency as a read-only field, automatically populating when accessing the online application.
- The Display Local Currency Values on a Tab feature provides the option to show local currency amounts alongside the base currency on the Main and Employee Giving Tabs.
