Employee Engagement Portlet Configuration Overview
CyberGrants provides administrators the ability to leverage various features that allow them to configure portlets for their employee engagement program. These tools enable users to easily access information and perform common tasks related to their program applications. Some key features include the following:
- Administrators can control the years of data displayed in a specific portlet.
- The FAQ portlet can be configured to support end-users by providing answers to common questions about the program.
- The Contribute Again portlet is designed to help employees easily repeat their previous donations by displaying their most recent monetary contributions.
- The Balance Remaining widget is a graphical display that shows employees their current match balance, allowing them to make informed decisions when requesting matches.
