Details

All client configuration changes must be made in the Sandbox environment. However, certain types of Admin Tab changes are allowable within the Production environment including adding internal users, editor linking, and assigning roles.

  • It is important to note that in the Production environment, if the warning banner is not visible and the form is editable with "Edit" and/or "Save" buttons, it is appropriate to make changes. Users should refer to Appendix A of the Replication Scenario Glossary for a comprehensive list of items that are automatically copied to or from Sandbox.

Those accustomed to configuring items in the Production environment will see messaging throughout the area informing them when changes must be made in Sandbox. Clicking the green “Edit in Sandbox” button will launch the appropriate configuration area within Sandbox in a separate browser window/tab.
