Employee Engagement Donor Management Overview
CyberGrants provides a donor management feature that allows users to customize their profile and preferences. This includes managing their personal information, changing their preferred language, and uploading a profile picture or avatar.
- Administrators can configure which Donor Profile fields are displayed to employees on the engagement site and within the internal UI. Special fields like Employee Type, Company, Skills, Interests, and Event Types have unique configurations. Conditional field logic is also available for most Donor Profile fields on the E2 platform.
- CyberGrants allows organizations to use a donor's Preferred Name in the Employee Engagement Site and email communications, in addition to their legal name. This feature enables program administrators to keep the CyberGrants system consistent with the multiple references to donor names stored in other systems. Preferred Name values can be populated by HR feeds or manually entered by administrators. There are some nuances to consider, such as the use of legal names for tax receipts and the impact on donor search.
- Donor privacy settings allow donors to control what personal information is shared with non-profit organizations. Donors can set their privacy preferences to a range of options from sharing no information to sharing all information, including name, address, phone, and email.
