Internal users can manage email communication directly within the platform through a comprehensive set of tools designed to facilitate effective communication, maintain consistent branding, and streamline administrative tasks.
To leverage the Email Management capabilities, internal users can access this feature through the Mail tab in CyberGrants.
CyberGrants provides internal users the ability to view and reformat existing email templates, create new templates, manage inbound and outbound email communication, as well as, benefit from other key features that allow administrators to effectively manage communication and improving overall program efficiency.
