Understanding Workflow Management
Workflow Management is a feature in CyberGrants that allows administrators to establish rules to route records to specific users and define the path they must take to be approved and/or rejected.
- Administrators can view approval type conditions, update an approval workflow, create an ownership routing rule, configure an approval workflow for employee giving, configure an approval workflow, configure an approval type and approval rule, configure an approval type, and configure a workflow approval type.
- Administrators can view approval-type conditions to understand the criteria that determine how records are routed through the approval process.
- Administrators can update an existing approval workflow to modify the steps and approvers involved. Administrators can also create an ownership routing rule to automatically assign records to specific users based on predefined criteria.
