Employee Engagement Portal Page Management Overview
Employee engagement portal page management allows administrators to create and customize various pages within their program's employee-facing site. Portal pages can be configured to display specific programs and features, known as portlets, that employees can access. Additionally, teasers can be used to provide information and links to different pages.
- Portal pages are the different pages within the employee-facing site. You can create a portal page for each program employees (donors) can access. Portal pages can be configured to show in the navigation bar where clicking on the portal page name brings the employee to that specific page.
- Portlets are what make up a portal page. They are the different containers within the page that allow the employee to search for an organization or view their matching history, and allow administrators to host a client image.
- Teasers are the square blocks of images and text that display information about the different CyberGrants programs and are normally linked to other pages.
