Insights Reports Overview 

Insights Reports, also known as "Looks," are stand-alone data visualizations that can be created, saved, and shared within the CyberGrants Insights platform. Insights users can navigate, filter, explore, and download the content presented in standard or custom reports. 

Insights reports are organized into three folders - Personal, Group, and Standard - Insights users can access several key features of Insights Reports including the following: 

  • Insights users can set a specific report or dashboard as their "Default Insight," which will automatically load when accessing Insights.
  • The top-right menu of each report provides options to view the data timestamp, run the report, access advanced settings (e.g., explore, save, download), and refresh the data.
  • Reports come with predefined filters that can be adjusted to change the data representation, with standard reports having a set of predetermined filters and custom reports allowing users to add new filters.
  • Additionally, reports can be downloaded in various formats, including TXT, Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML, Markdown, and PNG, with options to customize the file name and preview certain formats. 

Feature Availability:

Insights users have access to view reports reports based on their permissions. Analysts can explore the underlying data driving a report by clicking on specific data points or using the "Explore from Here" option in the top-right menu.
