Grant Programs - Grantseeker and Request Management overview
CyberGrants Grant Program features enable administrators to capture all relevant information pertaining to non-profit organizations' requests for funding, including the original proposal, general request information, contacts, payment and accounts payable details, impact reporting, and approval information.
- The Request Record is comprised of two main components - the Request Summary Panel and the Information Pane. The Request Summary Panel displays basic details like the Request ID, Grant Amount, Grant Status, Organization Name, Project Title, Proposal Type, Request Owner, and Scan Status.
- The Information Pane provides access to detailed sections such as Proposal, Payment, Scan, Approval, Contact, and Impact Report.
- Users with the appropriate permissions can toggle between "Editing" and "Viewing" modes to update information or view the request in read-only format.
- Requests can also be organized and located using customizable Tags.
