Onboarding to CyberGrants is a structured process where the Implementation team configures the platform to meet the specific philanthropic needs of organizations joining the Bonterra family. The Implementation team will configure your programs based on your selected Configuration Package, which defines the scope, scale, and supported services for onboarding, while incorporating essential features like Single Sign-On (SSO), Insights provisioning for reporting, and eSignature capabilities.
Beyond initial onboarding, customers can leverage ongoing service offerings such as Service Projects and Success Services Packages to support enhancements, optimizations, and long-term program evolution.
For specialized requirements beyond standard implementation, CyberGrants offers Service Projects—a flexible, pre-purchased professional services model that allows customers to plan and apply services throughout their contract term. This model supports ongoing enhancements, configuration work, and evolving program needs through a structured request, review, and delivery process.
Solution Credits (legacy model) may still be referenced for existing customers. This earlier credit-based system allowed credits to be used for development, project management, quality assurance, business analysis, and configuration work, providing a structured way to address unique needs.
Standard Extensions are available as predefined, productized enhancements that support evolving philanthropic programs. These offerings expand platform functionality without requiring custom development and can be implemented as part of broader service engagements.
If you are new to CyberGrants and are currently collaborating with our team to initiate your program(s), please contact your assigned Implementation Project Manager with any further inquiries regarding the process and subsequent steps.
