This comprehensive tool enables you to filter by industry and/or company size, providing insights into the trends related to donor engagement, top causes, top programs, and program eligibility rules.
- By accessing comparative data for the current and previous years, you can make informed decisions and drive the success of your Employee Engagement initiatives.
- This powerful dashboard empowers you to proactively address programmatic changes and increase participation and utilization in real-time (updated every 2 hours), rather than relying solely on a retrospective analysis of the previous year's data. Currently, the benchmarking dashboard is not able to support more historical years or more granular timeframes (Last Month, Last Week, etc.).
The data-driven information available through the Employee Engagement Benchmarking standard dashboard derives from our primary industry source, Crunchbase, which we use to then group into higher-level industry categories, providing a valuable asset in optimizing your Employee Engagement program and aligning it with industry best practices and peer performance.
